These performances may be considered on the fringe today but they will redefine the mainstream of tomorrow.

The Kennedy Center commemorates Mexico's 200 years of Independence (1810) from the Spanish Crown, and 100 years since the 1910 Revolution with Celebrate Mexico 2010, featuring both ticketed and free performances and exhibitions that cover the vast breadth of Mexico's contributions to the arts world, including pre-Hispanic, Spanish, modern, and contemporary Mexican art.-
