All Kids Can…CREATE! 
An online exhibition showcasing the artwork of young artists who answered a call to create. The children were encouraged to explore new activities, rethink their perceptions, and discover themselves as artists.

Renascence/07
VSA arts Renascence/07, an international juried exhibition of new media by artists with disabilities. Featured in this exhibition are installations, net.art, video, and interactive sculpture, such as Lihua Lei’s 40-foot installation, Phantom Pain. Transparent, butterfly-like wings float over glass casts of the artist’s own legs.

A View From My Window
An online exhibit showcasing the artwork of young artists from around the world. Each artist was asked to capture a snapshot of their life through painting, drawing or sculpture and to explain why it makes their “window,” or perspective, unique.
Transformation
Meet the 23 artists of this international exhibition that debuted at the Kennedy Center in June 2006. Includes sculpture, photography, portraiture and installation. Juried from a pool of over 300 applicants.

Difference/Indifference
View the collaborative art project involving artists from seven continents at the City Museum of Washington, D.C. Each participant sent a stone or steadfast object that they discovered in their community, or that they altered using a creative method. See and read their personal journeys to find these objects. Expressing Freedom

Through the Looking Glass
Contemplate the fresh visual perspectives of twenty-two photographers with disabilities. Four of these artists share personal reflections on their art and careers in the panel discussion held in Washington, D.C. with moderator journalist, John Hockenberry.
Children Beyond Borders
Children with disabilities from around the world were invited to creatively reconfigure identical 4" square boxes for display during the 2002 Cultural Olympiad held in Salt Lake City. The result, 'Children Beyond Borders', is a collection of original boxes from over 52 countries that expresses these young artist's ideas, dreams, and visions.
Adrift in the Sea of Tranquility
Artist Hirokazu Fukawa makes highly formalized fine art about a seemingly irresolvable problem in his own life. His exhibit explores the isolation and desperate desire to communicate, between the parent and child with Autism.
Athletes of the Spirit
Through her interviews of 9 people with 9 different disabilities and paintings done based on those interviews, as well as views based on her own temporary disability, watercolor artist Julie Cohn has prepared a unique visual and written exploration of what it means to have a disability.
How Does Art Shape Your World?
A Call for Children's Art 2000 was issued in the Fall of 2000 by VSA arts. Many activities, including an online scavenger hunt, centered around the topic 'How Does Art Shape Your World?' This exhibit features artwork resulting from the 'Call' activities submitted by our participating VSA arts affiliates around the United States.
Journey to Here
Companion exhibit to a 25-year VSA arts anniversary book of the same title, celebrates the difference the arts have made in the lives of individuals served by VSA arts, with photos and abbreviated biographies of representative artists.
VA/VSA arts Retrospective
VSA arts and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) have enjoyed 10 years of bringing arts opportunities to veterans at VA medical centers and VA health care facilities around the country. This exhibit is a retrospective of work created by program participants.
Merge with the Mainstream
Features New England-based artists who are participants involved in centers where they are given the tools and encouragement to create independently. Over the last few years, many of these artists have been included in important corporate and private collections, museum exhibitions and art shows where they are merged with mainstream artists. The merging makes a statement about the powerful force art possesses to help change perceptions.
