Organizational Snapshot:

In 1984, the Fundación de Asistencia Psicopedagógica a los Niños, Adolescentes y Adultos con Retardado Mental (FASINARM), also known as VSA arts de Ecuador, began implementing VSA arts programs. FASINARM is a private, nonprofit organization that provides education and rehabilitation services to improve the quality of life of children, youth, and adults with mental disabilities. FASINARM also offers technical assistance, information, and training to private organizations and government offices. Additionally, FASINARM conducts public awareness campaigns in an effort to integrate people with mental disabilities into the community.
