Very Special Arts Nederland (VSAN) aims to provide varied artistic opportunities for people with disabilities and diminish prejudice experienced by those with disabilities. VSAN is dedicated to fulfilling its mission through diverse programs, including annual festivals and exhibitions. VSAN houses and operates an art library that holds over 2300 works of art that are made available to corporations, nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and individuals throughout the country. VSAN also publishes a quarterly magazine about its activities and art created by people with disabilities. VSAN was founded in 1984.
