Organizational Snapshot:

VSA St. Lucia was established in 1987 under the umbrella of the National Council for Persons with Disabilities and provides dance, music, and visual arts programs to develop self-confidence and creative expression in children with disabilities. The affiliate organization focuses its activities primarily on students attending special education schools such as the School for the Deaf, the School for the Blind, and the Dunnottar School for the Mentally Handicapped. VSA St. Lucia seeks opportunities for these children to participate in cultural and arts events in and out of St. Lucia.
