Out North, the VSA arts affiliate in Alaska, operates a 250 square foot gallery that hosts 4-8 exhibitions per year. Artwork is for sale with 50-70% of the sale going to the artist.

VSA arts of Colorado operates its Access Gallery amid a cluster of high profile gallery spaces in lower downtown Denver. It hosts 12 shows a year, each with an educational component. Most exhibitions last for four weeks, and opening receptions are always held on first Fridays. To exhibit in the gallery, the artist must have a disability recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act, or have a significant body of works that pertain to disability issues.

District of Columbia's WVSA arts connection manages the ARTiculate Gallery, which presents six exhibits per year of artwork created by artist apprentices enrolled in the affiliate's arts-based vocational training program for young people ages 14 to 25.

VSA arts of Florida operates two ADA compliant galleries, one located in the executive office and the other located at the West Tampa Center for the Arts. Open Door Gallery I, located in the VSAFL office, presents 4 exhibitions per year of artwork from children with disabilities. Open Door Gallery II, located in the heart of Tampa at the WTCA, enables VSA adult artists with disabilities to participate in exhibitions 4 times a year as well as participate in and/or instruct art classes. All adult art work is for sale with 75% of the profits returning to the artist.

VSA arts of Georgia's Arts for All Gallery is dedicated to exhibiting artists of merit who have disabilities or who are economically disadvantaged. The Gallery is also committed to presenting exhibitions relevant to these communities. Located in the Healey Building in downtown Atlanta, the gallery is 1,000 square feet and hosts six exhibits per year. At least 75% of all artwork displayed in each exhibition is for sale with the exception of traveling exhibitions. The artist earns 75% of the sale.

VSA arts of Indiana operates en ROUTE Gallery which provides an opportunity for artists, educators and partners within the statewide disability community to exhibit and sell their artwork in an inclusive, adaptive, professional and educational environment with the larger mission to expand society’s view of artistic expression. Located in the Harrison Center for the Arts in Indianapolis' Old Northside, the gallery is a member of Indianapolis Downtown Artists & Dealers Association (IDADA) and participates in 12 monthly First Friday gallery openings. Exhibits at the gallery feature work by artists with and without disabilities. Artists receive 80% of the sales.

VSA arts of Minnesota collaborates with the Vision Loss Resource Gallery in Minneapolis to display art exhibitions on their lobby walls. Three, 4-month exhibitions are displayed per year in the 500 square foot space. One hundred percent of the art sales go to the artist, plus the artists are paid stipends for use of their work during the four months.

VSA arts of Mississippi rents a studio space in the Art of State Studios for exhibition purposes. The 700 square foot studio features 12-15 exhibitions per year. All artwork is sold at the discretion of the artist, who receives 90% of the sale.

VSA arts of Nevada owns and operates the Art Access Gallery located in two rooms in the Lake Mansion in Reno. The gallery provides the opportunity for Nevada artists to exhibit and sell their artwork in a professional and historic setting. The mansion built in 1877 is listed on both the State and National Registers of Historic Places. In addition to the year-round Art Access Gallery, VSA arts of Nevada celebrates Youth Art Month in March, Disability Awareness Month in October and a “Holiday Art Mart” event in November with artwork exhibited throughout the facility. VSA arts of Nevada at the Lake Mansion is a member of the River Walk Merchant’s Association and participates in monthly 3rd Saturday Wine Walks. The 20 plus artists featured in the Art Access gallery receive 85% of the sales.

VSA arts of New Jersey operates the Red Horse Gallery at the Freehold Raceway Mall in collaboration with the Arc of Monmouth. Opened in 2007, the gallery showcases ongoing and feature exhibits, meet the artist events, and special programs. The gallery provides opportunities for artists with disabilities to display and sell artwork at this major shopping destination in the heart of Monmouth County.
